The Film Sent To The Competition May Not Be Longer Than 30 Minutes And Shorter Than 30sec. The Film Should Possess All The Qualities Which Commonly Classify It As A Short Film. All The Entries Will Be Accepted, Subject To No Objectionable Material Found. The Decision Of The Organisers Is Final In Any Case.
